How to Get Coins Fast

Coins in Cat Battles come from four places and only four: codes, the payout at the end of every bout, the daily win bonus, and the two game passes that multiply the first two. Everything else you have read about “coin farms” is either a different game or an advert.

Rounds pay out in Coins whether you win or lose — winning just pays more. Official game art.

The fastest source: codes

Five codes are live right now and together they pay 1,150 Coins. Typing them takes about thirty seconds, which makes them roughly fifty times faster than playing for the same amount.

Codes are case-sensitive and once per account. The codes page keeps the live list with the exact payout for each, and it is rechecked daily — if a code dies it moves to the retired list instead of being quietly deleted.

Every bout pays

The end-of-round payout is the steady source. You get Coins for playing the round, not only for winning it, which is why the fastest grind is more short rounds, not fewer long ones. A round that ends in ten seconds because someone got shoved into the lava still pays.

That single fact changes how you should play if Coins are the goal:

The daily win bonus

The game pays an extra bonus on your first win of the day. It is the reason a ten-minute session should always include at least one honest attempt to win rather than pure coin-farming rounds — a single win collects the bonus, and the bonus is the largest single payout available without a code.

What the game passes actually add

Two passes exist, and both multiply earnings rather than unlocking content:

PassPriceEffect
VIP199 R$A quarter more Coins from every bout and from the daily win bonus.
Double Coins349 R$Double Coins from every bout and the daily win bonus. Explicitly stacks with VIP.

Whether that is worth it depends on how much you play, not on the price alone. VIP at 199 R$ is the cheaper of the two and gives the smaller multiplier; Double Coins at 349 R$ gives the bigger one and, according to the in-game description, stacks on top of VIP. If you play daily, the pair together is the only permanent earnings upgrade in the game. If you play twice a week, codes plus the daily bonus already cover everything an ability costs.

There is no way to convert Robux into Coins directly, so neither pass gives you Coins you could not earn — they just shorten the time it takes.

Where not to spend

Crates. Crates are the fun sink and they give furs, sumo gear and emotes, all of which are cosmetic. An ability changes your rounds; a fur does not. Buy the ability first, then decide whether you care about coats.

This is the single most common early mistake: a new player redeems 1,150 Coins of codes, opens two crates, and then plays a hundred rounds to afford the ability they could have had on day one.

A four-step plan for the first hour

  1. Redeem all five codes (1,150 Coins).
  2. Buy one ability — Dash or Anchor, depending on whether you play solo or teams.
  3. Play Classic until you collect the daily win bonus.
  4. Only then consider a crate.

That sequence gets you a fully functional account in under an hour without spending Robux.

Questions

What is the fastest way to get Coins?

Redeem the five working codes for 1,150 Coins. That is more than an hour of bouts, and it takes about thirty seconds.

Do you get Coins for losing?

Yes. The end-of-bout payout is for playing the round, not only for winning. Winning adds the daily win bonus on top.

Is VIP or Double Coins better value?

Double Coins gives the larger multiplier for 349 R$, VIP gives a quarter more for 199 R$, and the two stack. Pick VIP first if you want the cheaper entry point.

Should I buy crates or abilities?

Abilities. Crates only contain cosmetics — furs, sumo gear and emotes. An ability is the only purchase that changes how a round plays out.
