Privacy Policy

This site has no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising. The short version is that we do not set out to collect anything about you. The longer version is below.

Who is responsible

Cat Battles Codes is an independently run website at catbattlescodes.online. For any privacy question, the contact address is [email protected].

What we collect

Nothing you type. There is no sign-up, no comment system, no contact form and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The only way to send us information is to email us, and then we have only what you chose to put in that email.

Standard server logs. The site is served through a hosting provider and a CDN, which keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure, not by a tracking script on the page, and are not used to build profiles.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no session cookie, because the site has no login and no personalisation.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some pages include video thumbnails. No YouTube player loads until you click one. The page only shows a still image stored on our own server, which makes no request to Google.

When you press play, an iframe from youtube-nocookie.com is inserted and the video streams from YouTube. From that moment Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. If you would rather avoid that entirely, every video is also linked by its creator’s name, so you can find it on YouTube directly.

Pages link out to Roblox, YouTube and occasionally to other guides. Once you follow an external link, that site’s privacy policy applies, not this one. We do not control what those sites collect.

Children

Cat Battles is played by a young audience, and this site is written to be readable by that audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — there is no mechanism on the site to collect it. If a child emails us, we delete the message once it has been answered.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, say so and the email is deleted. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights to request information; write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If the site ever adds analytics or advertising, this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it. The current version, dated 19 October 2026, describes a site with no tracking and no ads.
